The location was convenient for exploring nearby areas. The staff IS attentive, ensuring all needs were met efficiently. The on-site restaurant offered various tasty options. I found the colour-coded bracelet system to be helpful for understanding the all-inclusive package options. I received complimentary water and other essential items in my room.
THE WiFi connection was somewhat unreliable at times. It occasionally disrupted streaming services.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Towels were changed daily, and toiletries were always well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and provided restful sleep.

The food was very good!!! it had a great variety. the location is near the sea. That was very convenient.
i was disappointed that the wifi disconnected my access to facebook and instagram. this meant i could not use social media without paying. the bar staff were also often rude and didn't speak to me, apart from a few of them.

I found the private beach quite convenient. It offered easy access to the sea. food variety was plentiful, providing many choices. the staff seemed genuinely helpful, despite any minor professional shortcomings. i appreciated their effort to assist.
the door locking mechanism in my room had occasional issues. it needed some extra attention.
